Games come first on this week's list of the fastest growing applications on Facebook, demonstrating more pull than even Halloween.

Games
Zynga's apps are becoming more interconnected as time progresses, and it is no wonder why the developer's Game Bar leads us off, with a weekly growth of 2,480,000 players.
Also from the hit game maker, Mafia Wars 2 drops to sixth place from fourth last week, amassing 837,909 new players. Free giveaways are the main reason Texas Hold 'Em Poker makes this list, finishing 14th a 500,000 new players.
King.com's Bubble Witch Saga is 11th, with 566,980 adds, compared to third place last week. And an application called My Fishbowl comes in 12th with 500,000 new gamers this week.
Ravenskye City, developed by 6waves, is 16th, with the addition of 442,220 players this week.
Calendar
It may be the last of what was once a booming global trend, but MyCalendar – Birthdays manages a very noteworthy 1,400,000 seven day growth period and reclaims second place.
Page Tools
Static Iframe Tab finishes in third, 1,100,000 tabs built and viewed, compared to first place last week. Coming in fourth, Static HTML: iframe tabs has a weekly growth total of 1,000,000.
Pagemodo Custom Welcome Tab comes in seventh with a 800,000 increase, Wildfire's iFrames for Pages is eighth with 600,000, while Welcome tab app for Pages finishes in ninth place this week, with a 600,000 total. Banner de perfil en espagnol finishes in 18th with 400,000 additional users, and IWipa ends in 19th with 400,000.
Facebook Connect
The document sharing site Scribd shows quite a lot of life with its 1,000,000 increase that pushes it forward into fifth. Synching 390,000 more accounts, The Guardian lands in 20th.
Music
BandPage by RootMusic moves up seven places to finish in tenth, with 600,000 new users this week. ReverbNation's Band Profile: Profile Pages for Musicians, is in 13th place, with 500,000 additions. BandRx finishes six places lower than last week, in 17th place, with a 400,000 growth.
Halloween
Try on a number of different costume options with Disfrázate. Found in 15th after a diminishing finish, 480,000 adds proves it is running out of gas even before the holiday kicks off.
