LinkedIn's Next Generation of Profiles:  LinkedIn Profiles have a new look. These new LinkedIn Profiles make it easier for you to tell your professional story, discover people and opportunities and engage with your network. You'll see a new "Improve Your Profile" button to help you. "Over the next few months, all LinkedIn members will start to see their profiles in the new look and feel."

Facebook Announces New Pages Structure for Global Brands: Facebook's new Global Pages offer "a new structure that provides the best, localized experiences for a brand's customers, available to all brands working with Facebook. With this new structure, Facebook users will be directed to the best version of a Page based on the country those users are in, enabling them to see localized cover photos, profile photos, Page apps, milestones, 'about' information, and news feed stories from Pages—all while remaining part of the global brand community."

"Each brand's Global Pages structure will include local Pages for specific markets (single- or multi-country regions) and a default Page for all other markets."

Pinterest Adds Blocking and Reporting Features: These new Pinterest features "give you more control, including the ability to block and report a user and more granular email settings."

It's possible you won't see the flag icon immediately as Pinterest is rolling out this new feature. This ability to block and report a user will be available on the next mobile update.

Klout Takes Perks to the Next Level: You'll find Klout Perks easier to claim, as you're now "able to discover and claim Perks directly from your phone." Klout's updated iPhone app will "notify you when you are eligible for pre-qualified Perks, and then allow you to claim that Perk immediately, wherever you are." You can add a "Klout Card" to Apple's new Passbook, which will display your name, photo and Klout score all in one place.

"With your Klout Card, you can show off your influence and get access to special services and experiences from the businesses you love."

Google Gives Power Bloggers an Advanced Tool to Disavow Links: This new tool "enables you to disavow links to your site. If you've been notified of a manual spam action based on 'unnatural links' pointing to your site, this tool can help you address the issue."
