If you have been struggling with weight control, you may want to start counting calories. My experience with staying reasonably thin (I say reasonably because I LOVE food) has led me to infer that counting calories is the most effective way to keep the pounds off. The answer is in math, and tools such as a Fitbit (I love mine because it does most of the work for me) can help you keep thin. For example: If I am at 126 lbs, I can only consume 1,396 calories to get to 120 lbs by June 8.
