Residing in the beautiful ocean city of Carlsbad, California, Legoland is one of those places that you have to see in person to really get a feel for the craftsmanship behind all of the design. The west coast amusement has now officially pulled back the curtain on their long awaited Legoland Hotel, and this thing is everything we expected.
The three story hotel features 250 individual rooms for guests, and took over three million LEGO building blocks to compile the 3,500 models that are found all throughout the property. To give you an idea of just how intricate each piece is, the green dragon seen in the photos took over 4,000 hours and 400,000 LEGO bricks to complete.
