Turning Power Charger is a device that makes use of mechanical energy to store power in a built-in battery, and charge up your gadgets when required. It has been devised to cut down the cost of our never ending electricity bills.
What you need to do is rotate it several times to tighten and release the inner spring. Then it is set aside for a while. The LEDs on the charger glow as the battery gets charged up.
