ลองมาดูงานออกแบบร้าน retail shop แบบ pop up ที่ฝั่งนิวยอร์คกันบ้างดีกว่า แถมยังได้รับรางวัล The winner ของThe Retail Design Institute's 41st International Store Design Awards เมื่อวันที่ 16 มกราคมที่ผ่านมานี้เองกับ "SNACKBOX"
"SNACKBOX" ออกแบบโดย ÆDIFICA ,ถูกตั้งอยู่ใจกลางกรุงนิวยอร์คบนถนน Broadway และกลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการ redevelopment , Times Square มันถูกดัดแปลงจาก container ขนาด 6 เมตร ให้กลายเป็นร้านค้าแบบ pop up ที่ใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าได้อย่างประหยัดคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะ SnackBox ถูกติดตั้งจากระบบพลังงานไฮบริด การตกแต่งภายนอกด้วยสีขาวและสีดำ ซึ่งตัดกับแสงไฟนีออนบนถนนมากๆ
