Payment business Onebip has released a one-click mobile buying feature. Designed for any m-commerce business, the systems uses encrypted identification to spot the user's phone number and allow a secure transaction.

The user does not need to a password or PIN, but merely clicks once on the Onebip icon. Purchases are added to the user's mobile phone bill, so those without a credit card can use their phones to browse and buy. The system can be used with both pre-paid and post-paid mobile contracts, and can detect the type of device, and whether they are on a wi-fi or cellular connections. The solution works with all leading smartphone platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows Phone and RIM, as well as web-connected feature phones and other legacy devices.

Massimiliano Silenzi, head of Onebip says: "Mobile commerce doesn't get any quicker or easier than Onebip. Merchants, publishers and content providers at last have a simple, secure, single-click mobile purchasing solution. No PIN codes, no passwords, no SMS confirmation, and no need to pre-register for an account - with Onebip, you literally click to buy with one touch on your mobile phone or Tablet."

Payment icons can be inserted into any mobile site, content, application or service that is accessible via a mobile browser, including HTML5 apps. The service is rolling out in 70 markets already covered by Onebip, with new markets opening up over the coming six months.
