Jason Goldberg has already remade his company Fab.com once -- turning it from a social network for gay men into the design-focused deal site we know today. Now, Goldberg, Fab's founder and CEO, is in the process of remaking Fab again, this time as a mobile-first company.
For the first six months that Fab.com existed as a deals site, it didn't have any mobile component whatsoever. Then, in October 2011 Fab launched apps for the iPhone, iPad and Android all on the same day. In the year since then, mobile has grown to account for 33% of Fab's traffic and sales. Goldberg thinks it could make up the majority by the first quarter of 2013.
