Celebrities have long been the inspiration behind many of the most viral art pieces on the web, and Replaceface has been the artist behind many of these with his personalized portraits of celebrities as Russian Generals.
The pieces aren't just concocted out of thin air either. The pieces were inspired the late English portrait artist George Dawe, who painted 329 portriats in all during Napoleon's invasion of Russia. Of course Replaceface has added a bit of his own twist using Adobe's Photoshop to manipulate the faces in the paintings to resemble some of our favorite celebrities. This is the second go around for the artist and it features the likes of George Lucas, President Obama, Bruce Lee, Kanye West, and of course Chuck Norris among others.
