Tradition meets tech.
We have mentioned a couple companies on this blog who 3D print eyeglasses (here and here), but these are something different. The use a standard, archetypal form customized with good old fashioned embroidery floss. They are a delightful fusion of one of the oldest decorative techniques with one of the newest manufacturing technologies.
These eyeglasses will be shown at the Aram Gallery in London January 13th – February 25th as part of the Send to Print / Print to Send exhibition.
