At one time updating your Facebook status and tweeting your thoughts was new and amazing. Now we just take it for granted. Some companies don't take it for granted though. Companies know that a bad tweet or Facebook comment can negatively effect their brand. Then again, companies can use these services in novel ways to do something cool.
